Arent dragon flies superior to humans since versions of them were around 300 million years ago and its design has remained unchanged?

Huh? say: The term superior is the problem. One species is not inherently superior to another. A species will give greater priority for survival to their own kind, which is an evolutionary trait necessary for the survival of a species, especially a social species like humans. However that is not the same as superiority.
What can be said is that the dragon fly is a evolutionary success, having been around for so long and having survived many changes in habitat and other environmental factors. Humans appear to also be a success story, even though we are a young species, we have demonstrated a remarkable adaptability to multiple habitats and living conditions. If that success can be sustained long term like it has with the dragon fly, only time will tell.
