I want to contact a cloning scientist because I think they should clone dinosaur specimens to bring them back. Then the country could create a real Jurassic Park so we can hunt the dinosaurs and when we kill a dinosaur they can clone it again. Any ideas of anyone I can inform this of.

Oddly enough, there's an Australian billionaire who is apparently already doing this. Not kidding. My guess is that he has more resources than you...unless you happen to be the Australian billionaire, and you are starting the execution of your plan on Yahoo Answers. Incidentally, I'm highly doubtful that this will ever happen. As some of the other answerers have responded, the technology isn't there, and furthermore, DNA is an extremely fragile molecule. While there have been some apparently successful attempts to isolate dino DNA, the molecules are fragmentary at best.
Oh, and just remembered this: there is a famous dino paleontologist (Dr. Jack Horner) who is discussing the options of tweaking the genes of living birds to activate the primitive dinosaur genes that are already in its genome in order to roll back a sort of bird/dino hybrid. It's an interesting concept.

We don't have any of their DNA to clone them. Their bones are basically rocks today.
Mammoths, on the other hand, might be cloned in the near future.

You're stupid. No one has the technology to clone dinosaurs.

you want to spend billions of dollars to clone an animal just to kill it ?
i think that money could be better spent.
