You really don't need to worry at all, and you may even find more of them.
The spiderlings are totally harmless, and you can play with them all you like, but without enough food for these, they won't survive, and in a few days you may not be able to find any at all.
I have a house spider behind my desk, and she once had a hatching. I had dozens of baby spiders all over my desk. I even tried to raise a couple but they didn't survive.(without food they will kill each other)
If you really don't want these in your room, you can just pick them up with a tissue, and flush them.

You got to get rid of somehow before they start hatching more and more. They'll dig into walls and eventually invade them. I suggest you dust your room, take out all the nests, and remove the spiders, by killing them or spraying some sort of pesticide!

It could be somewhere that you can't see like under a piece of carpet near the edge of the wall
