Can bees fly in the rain

because water collects on their wings and weighs them down, until They are too heavy to fly. :)-Bees can fly in rain, but they dont like to. The sun helps their navigation/sense of direction.-I dont think so because I dont see them in the rain.......

I heard they can't so just curious to know if its true or not...
