Infestation Small black mini butterfly like flies with red heads ?

Theres a lot in the mango tree and others just flying in around the house I live in south Florida what could they be? There's about 200 of them in all

i had those in my house as well, i have no idea what they are called but to get rid off them turn off all the lights, clean whatever room they are in, make sure there is no open food (check food like rice , pasta, powder food as they tend to be in bags you may not of clipped and closed properly), then before you go bed spray bug repellet thing in that room, close door and turn off the light it should be gone within a week, if you do this.

we had them everywhereeeeee, fortunately we were due to get the house repainted and i guess the paint smells killed them, or maybe we painted over them......

Sound like moths, not butterflies.
