This question is speculative, meant to gauge people's reaction on the matter of Hunting for Sport. What do you think about hunting for sport? Should it be banned, or should it continue? Should we just hunt big game animals, or should we also hunt small game? Should ranches raise animals to be hunted, or should hunting only occur when populations are too high? Only if you eat what you kill. For instance, my boyfriend's step-mother hunted and killed an elk in Wisconsin... they have been eating that elk meat for years now. And I think that's how it should be. In fact, I'd rather hunt my own meat than eat what is on the market. I think hunting is more humane than than many slaughterhouses.
But yeah hunting purely for sport is ridiculous. Outlawing it would be tricky though if you still wanted to keep hunting legal as long as you use the meat. I think it doesn't matter big or small as long as you are using the meat appropriately.

me and my dad go hunting every year for deer and turkey but we eat what ever we hunt so if they just hunt to kill then i don't think that is right. But if you eat what you kill then i think that is all right.

I can understand hunting for food. But hunting for sport is waste and mindless cruelty.
