That centipede spices is a house centipede (Scutigera coleoptrata). You aren't going to die because bites from small centipedes are unlikely to be fatal. Although their bite may cause severe swelling, chills, fever, and weakness. Small centipedes rarely puncture skin. Large centipedes can induce anaphylactic shock.

idk what those are called but ive seen them and squished em. Im pretty sure they are harmless
