How do I become a dolphin

Its a bit of a complicated process and it takes a few months.
You need to take an advanced swimming class and learn as much as you can as fast as you can. Then go deep sea diving with all the protective gear about 3 times so you can get used to sea pressures. Then find a program that can allow you to interact with dolphins and learn part of their open communication with humans. Befriend one of the dolphins and one day as your feeding her(it HAS to be a she or it won't work), she should drag you into the water all the way into the bottom or midway(if in the ocean) and as she's dragging you down hold on to her back and as you go down you'll gradually turn into a dolphin and then go back up as quick as you can when you're done or you could die from improper spout forming.

But I wouldn't try this cause if the government realized another human became an animal then they'd do everything they could to capture you to do tests on you.
