I live in Elk Grove, California, and I wanted to wear shorts on Monday. It says that it will be 45 degrees Fahrenheit on Monday at 8 a.m., which is the time I will be out. Can I wear a t-shirt and shorts, or will I be too cold?

Well, I live in the East Coast and I think that it's cold, so I would advise you wear pants and then maybe bring shorts to change into later.

Technically this is an opinion question, because you could get cold wearing this, and everyone else may not. But from my experience, I'll tell you what I'd do. If I wore shorts and a t-shirt when it was 45 degrees farenheit, I'd definately be too cold. When it's that temperature, I normally wear a sweatshirt and jeans. Either that or I'd wear pants and a t-shirt.
