hey i know this is a stupid question but for homework i have to write an 'article' about homeless people. in which countries would there be little numbers in population of homeless people because it's simply too cold to live on the streets? thank you!

In my country, Norway, it can get very cold. But we are socialists and we have a law that says that no one should spend the night outside. Anyone without a home can go to the nearest social office and ask to get a room for the night. If they can't provide it, they have to put them in a hotel room. I know, my wife is a social worker.
Don't we have "homeless" in Norway? Yes we do. But the sleep in the street or in parks, because they want to. It's a way of living for them. Even when it is very cold and it can get very cold in Norway!
