There is no black on the spectrum. Black is the absence of all visible colors of light. (The lights we call black lights emit ultraviolet light, which is not visible.)

The white paper reflects light in all directions. The black ink on the paper absorbs all visible light.

Despite the marketing of UV lamps, there's no such thing as "black light".
