I live in The Bronx and it hasn't snowed yet (it snowed in November or October) and its December. Where's the snow?

I have no idea! It's been a strange winter though. I live in Massachusetts and it's only snowed here once too. Maybe it's not snowing because they're out of snow because of all the snow we got last year!
