Why is the final temperature of the combined larger droplet warmer than the original two smaller droplets?

This uses the principle that the entropy of two systems mixed is greater than the combined entropy of the two systems alone.
When mixed, their entropy increases and so does the disorder which is related to heat so this will raise the final temperature(however it will be very small ad thus very hard to detect.)
