If the electric field is zero in a region that what can we say about electric potential in that region

and if electric potential is zero in a region what can we say about the electric field?
I am confused please explain clearly.

The electric field lines are the gradient of the electric potential. If the electric potential is constant in a region, then there is no gradient and therefore no electric field. If the electric field in a region is zero, then the electrical potential is constant in that region.
