Probably nothing. Looks like roughly 1200 W for 4 computers. Most house circuits can handle that.
If you do overload the circuit, the fuse or multibreaker will blow and you would have a sudden loss of power to the computers. You might lose files, corrupt files, or even corrupt your operating system or applications.
The "snake nest" of wires behind my computers looks worse than that picture and nothing bad happens.

Snake Nest: 2 PCs, 2 Mac Laptop charging stations, 2 printers, 1 scanner, 1 router, 1 print server, 1 radio, 1 Kindle charge station, 1 - 2500W UPS, 2 - iPhone charge stations, 1 iPod charge station, 1 iPad charge station, associated wires, cables, etc. Nothing wrong, works fine. But, it is a pile

of tangled wire. 4 Desktops on a Power Strip Surge Supressor looks very tame compared to what most computer rooms really look like.

Computers should work, but it can damage your electricity/wiring.
