People who haven't studied physics don't understand what the other reality means. Also the idea of infinite dimensions and existences fields etc aren't really related to quantum. It is true that it is possible that other things exist and given that it is infinite than there is a probability. It doesn't mean for sure. Also given the fact that electrons have a finite probability that they could appear somewhere else, theoretically an orange a human any object can spontaneously appear at anytime. Does that ever happen, no. Because the probability is too low but not zero. So I feel that non physicist take it out of contexts, though it is possible with non zero probability

Answer is simple.If you are real then the matter you are made of is real and since all the matter is same hence everything made of matter is real and it exist.
