Simple vector addition question

This would give a result pointing almost horizontally to the right.Lower than the end of vector A and further to the right from it.......

The image above is the problem and I think the answer was b but I can't it be c?
Can someone explain please?

Vectors A + B would produce a line starting at the beginning of A and ending at the end of B

Now vector C is almost this but it is pointing in the opposite direction.

Hence C = -(A+B)
= -A + -B
= -A -B
And this is answer (D) in the list

I can't easily draw you each of the others to show why they are wrong.
For your suggested answer (B) you would need to reverse vector B and add that to the end of vector A.
This would give a result pointing almost horizontally to the right. Lower than the end of vector A and further to the right from it.
