Experienced lucid dreamers or astral projection

How do I go about lucid dreaming/ astral projection? About a week ago I was laying down for about two hours, going through my head and I heard a faint noise in the back ground, as I concentrated more it felt as if my body was shaking (comparable to what it would feel like it someone were to shake you to wake up) and it startled me to the point where I woke up completely.. now how would I get back to this stage and progress? I'm not sure if that would be considered the start of lucid dreaming or astral projection, but I would like to have it happen again to further the experience. Help?

Obviously Spiritual powers come from two channels:
God and the devil's, if it doesn't glorify God, it's of the devil. Because if leads you away from the truth, then it's a work of demons.

Do you want to know why they are afraid of Jesus' name? Because Jesus is real, obviously if they didn't respond to the others that must mean that only Jesus is real. If Jesus is real then The bible is real, if the bible is real then you know where it leads you!

Being an experienced lucid dreamer It's still really risky for me to astral project, I hate waiting too much. A month trying over and over again, and then I was successful! Sometimes when I just decide to sleep (normal sleep, no agenda) I get to the dream and though unwanted, I naturally become lucid. Lucid is when in a dream, you know that you're dreaming, and so you can control your dream. You can Just sleep normally, think about your environment and things that will help you remember that the dream you are about to have is just a dream, then go to sleep. Lucid dreaming comes naturally.
