It was a few years back about when I was ten or eleven, one night I woke up to find that there was man standing outside my window with glowing red eyes, eight feet tall(maybe higher) wings aswell, stretched out only I could not see their full width span as the window was not large enough, an odd shaped head like a less exaggerated version of your typical stereo-type alien. Now I don't believe this was a dream and I have never doubted that belief, as when I woke up I lifted myself upright so that I could lean back against my wall behind me. Now the window was in front of my bed. Only when I lifted myself up, I could feel the sheets on my bed as I pushed my hands down. My bedroom was too specific or exactly the same as it is in "real life" (its hard to explain but say if for example u have a dream when ur in your house but it is slightly different to what it is in real life, my bedroom had nothing different about it, not even my clothes were different). I stared in to his eyes for a few moments then for some reason I don't know why! I went back to sleep with a ******* monster outside my window. Could I have been hallucinating this? Can hallicinations be that powerful and so vivid? Also the next night the exact same thing happened only there was a black cat lying on my bed with glowing eyes. Though this time it was only the cat and yet again my room was the same. Then guess what? I went back to sleep. Has anyone else ever had an experience like this?

Call it hallucination or call it dream, you were dreaming. Yes dreams can be that vivid.
The evidence you present of going back to sleep while there were glowing-eyes near your room is the clincher.
