At the time I was also questioning whether ouija board stories were real or not.

It means it probably wasn't a crow. Crow's are large heavy birds and would damage a window. More likely it was a grackle or starling. Birds fly into windows for different reasons. They may see the reflection of trees in the window and believe it's open space to fly into. In breeding season a male may see their own reflection and believe they are chasing away a rival.
It's not uncommon for folks that don't understand animal behaviour to mistake instinctual actions for omens and other things paranormal. In fact, it's a major stone in the pile of paranormal evidence.

I don't see the point to fake it, Those really have bad encounter with evil from ouija board will make assumption, But those whom didn't work did not make an effort to change venues and said it's fake, U only get to communicate with spirits (good or bad) who is around.
