Have you ever come out your body and proved it,or had an intuition and proved it 2 hat would you like to ask

No I never have, and I can't prove that. I wonder when you or anyone else will prove they have. What you mean is you've proved it to yourself or more likely, convinced yourself. One wonders why you don't prove it to the world. Certainly it would be easy to do and the rewards would be great.
Doubting you is not being negative, it's being human. Is it wrong to want to know rather then believe? Proving humans have spirits or souls, would be the greatest discovery of all time, the implications would be world changing. A reasonable person does not make claims like that, and expect people to believe. They understand why people suspect them of boasting and they don't insist they have proof and not show it.

@Ron its not surprising because there is no physical proof to prove it. The only way to do it is to get the person your trying to convince to do it themselves which is extremely difficult and annoying to do if they don't want to cooperate. Anyone can do it, and i've done it, its hard at first which is why people say its impossible. The only people who say "it's not possible" are to ignorant to try it themselves or to lazy to actually keep trying. They try once and say, 'whoops not possible. I laid my fat A$$ down on the sofa for 5 minuets and nothing happened."

and @ dr. nice guy- few easy words, people would be hated judged and discriminated against for trying
