So I have been clean for many months and then I smoked 2 days in a row just a couple hits each time. I am very petite (5'0" ft. 105 lbs) and plan to exercise like crazy plus avoid all fatty foods. Will I be clean if my UA is 2 weeks after I took those hits? And also, if anyone has any other suggestions to speed up the process please let me know. Thanks :)

The drug metabolites typically remain detectable for up to 30 days. 2 weeks is most likely too soon to be clean. You might get lucky, but my opinion (and it is only an opinion, after all) is 70/30 that you will not pass.
Frankly - there is nothing you can do to speed up the clearance rate. It is simple body physiology, and not affected in the least by anything you eat, drink or do.

Roger is correct. There is nothing you can eat or drink. The stuff stays detectable for about 30 days.
If you but some product, you make them rich. They don't work. If you drink lots of water, the percentage of THC recorded is lower, but since the urine is diluted, the % required for a positive is simply lowered.
These tests are soooooo good.... and this question is ask 6 times a day, every day.
But in 16 states, medical marijuana is legal... that is, you can get a card that you can show anyone (if you wished) that you are a legal patient.
Since you likely don't live in such a state, and likely are not at all ill, you have no reason to be taking the stuff except for "recreational" purposes. For you, the use of and possession of cannabis is illegal.........................
So, plan on getting nailed on this one.
