this is for a science project and trying to figure out how to fill up a water balloon so it stretches and is heavy enough to pop and also has to be throw-able...I am stumped! PLEASE HELP! lol

Are you saying you want water AND shaving cream in there, or just shaving cream? If you only want shaving cream, simply hold the balloon tight against the nozzle of the shaving cream (no air escape) and squeeze the shaving cream. The pressure will blow up the balloon, filling it with shaving cream. Same concept if you were doing it with whipped cream.

Freeze a chunk of it or chunks of it and fit it in the balloon piece by piece, wait for it to thaw then tie it up. Just be careful with how much you use it expands a lot

Frosting or icing bag if you have one would work best. Maybe a funnel.
