if you got a tuberculosis vaccine and later you got tested if you got it would it make it come out positive

I assume you received BCG? (from somewhere not in the US as we do not use it). Yes, a skin test is positive from then on which is why people who received BCG are screened with a chest xray, not a skin test. You should always tell then first, no point to the skin test.

Incorrect. BCG vaccination is NOT a contraindication for a TB skin test. But in this situation it is preferred to have a blood test, an IGRA, instead if possible.
