The doctor I have now has had those moments when she didn't help me out when I needed her the most. For example when I gotten over the cold, I was still having trouble breathing. Went to her and she said I had sinus infection and prescribed me some medicine. A couple days later I ended up in the hospital for an asthma attack and turns out I didn't have the sinus infection and the medicine wasn't doing anything. I noticed that sometimes she's in a rush that she doesn't take the time to listen to me. I know doctors are busy but isn't it important to take the time to listen and make sure the patience gets what they need?
So tomorrow I'm going to the doctor again for allergies and asthma. I probably need some stronger medicine because lately I've been coughing and wheezing even tho I could breathe. Because of that I can't sleep, work or anything. Sometimes I feel suffocated because my nose has been runny for 2 months or more. I've been using the machine that helps clears my lungs about 4 times a day. That's more than usual And recently I've gotten red bumps on my legs and feet. It's even on my heels and the bottom of my feet. They look like chicken poxs but they're not. I also have them on my wrist and hands but they're not so red like the ones on my feet. The ones on my feet hurts when I walk and itch.
I don't wanna be a pain or a ***** but I'm tried of dealing with my asthma and allergies daily. It makes me uncomfortable and its a pain. I'm always sick and I wish for once I wasn't. How do I make sure I get the best help or what should I bring to get the best help possible help here? No rude comments please and thanks for any helpful answer(s).

One of the best way to see that your issues are addressed, is to write all of them down. Make sure that you hand a copy of your concerns to the physician when you enter the room. Many physicians process data from the written page, much faster than they can assess the interaction with a speaking patient.
In addition, although asthma and allergies can be treated by a family practice physician or general practitioner, often they are treated far more effectively with only one or two visits to an allergist/immunologist. Consider asking your primary doctor for a referral to an allergist/immunologist. If you and she continue not to connect very well, then its time to research and locate another primary physician. Best wishes.
