No, the outlook for radiologists remains good. A radiologist not only interprets scans, x-rays etc., but also performs the more complex examinations. However, you cannot simply choose to be a radiologist. You complete four years of college, four years of medical school, and then a one year internship and a 3-7 year residency in a specialty area. Internships and residencies are offered and negotiated toward the end of medical school. The residencies you are offered are based on your professor's recommendations, and your natural talents while in medical school during clinical rotations as well as your personal interests. So, you might choose radiology now, but most often, physicians choose a specialty later which best meets their interests and natural skills. Best wishes.

A computer can come up with the same measurements that a human can do, but I don't know how soon it'll be until computers can appreciate variations of normal. That's what radiologists are really good at. Everythings got to be put into context of the patient. Some patients, especially with cancer or previous surgery have messed up anatomy and you need to be able to appreciate structures in context.
