Help...factorising in maths

but multiple to -4 are.-1 & 4.......
can someone please factorise this equation:
4-3x-x^2

first re-arrange

-x^2-3x+4

now i dont know how your teacher is with negatives, but my teacher dispised the leading coeffecient being negative, so I'll first take that out.

-(x^2+3x-4)
the #s that multiple to 4, but add to 3 , but multiple to -4 are.
-1 & 4. -1 + 4 = 3
-1 & 4 = -4

so
-(x-1)(x+4)

-
-(x - 1)(x + 4)

-
(1-x)(x+4)
