then y= -3- (6) , --> y = -9 . You can make a third point plotted her at ( 2,And so on for any value of x.......
First draw the graph with point at y= -3 .That's where y-intercept is . Slope is -1 . That means it slopes leaning to the left . Next from y=-3 put a point right 1 and down 1 . This point is now at (1,-4) .That is ( x,y ) where x = 1 and y =-4. Draw a line between the two points: (0, -3)the y-intercept and point (1,-4).
Now you can plug in any value for X ,and get the corresponding value for y . Example; if x = 1 , then y= -3 - (1) , then y= -4 .That's where you plotted the second point .
If x = 2 ,then y= -3- (6) , --> y = -9 . You can make a third point plotted her at ( 2,-9)
And so on for any value of x.

I dont knkw if im correct but you will chanfge x to zero so y=-3 then y into zero so you will move the equal sign between -3and x so x=-3
