So when I'm 14 I'm getting a job. Assuming that job pays $5.00 an hour, and I can only work 18 hours a week, would this be right? $5.00 an hour x 18 hours a week = $90 a week. $90 a week x 5 weeks (month) = $450 a month. $450 a month x 12 months = $5,400. Is this right? If it isn't could you do it the right way? I suck at math. :I

Very good, except for one step. There aren't always five weeks in a month. What I did was take 365 / 12, and got 30.41666. I divided that by 7, the number of days in a week, and got 4.345. That is the average amount of weeks in a month. So I took that number and multiplied it by 90. then took that number, $391.05, and multiplied that by 12. You end up with $4692.60

there are 52 weeks in a year
5 * 18 * 52 = 4680 per year
5 * 18 * 52 = 4680 per year
