I was wondering how he does it. I want to freak my friends and family out. I tried the one where you squeeze there elbows, and the person realised how I did it. Is there any way that actually works without them realising it? Thanks

The method used by Dynamo is simply standing further back, therefore making it difficult to lift you because their arms are stretched further. This is how Dynamo doesn't have to get involved and he can have two ordinary people doing it, making it look more impressive.
