In Algebra II Honors I recieved about an 88 first semester and almost an 90 second (My teacher rounded it up to an A)

That depends on how good your teacher is, how well you pick up new things, etc.
I imagine this is a 12th grade course? Where I'm from, it would be math 30 pure.
It's definitely not too difficult. With your A from this year, you should be fine with this class.
When I was in high school, I believe I got a B+ in this class, and I wasn't very interested in the class, just tried hard.
