I tried to solve but I am not getting the right answer:
I did -> 12/3 - 12/x >= 24
4 -12/x >= 24
-12/x >= 24-4
-12/x>= 20
x >= 20/-12 - > 5/-12
is this not right?

One side will not be equal. Solve it like this:
12/3-X > 24
Pick a number for X, it can be anything, lets say X=2, plug it in.
Now add it to 24:
12/3 > 26
This inequality is correct, yours above should be flipped; then you got a solution.
