Coming from my mom line, my grandpa is 100% spanish and my grandma 50% spanish and 50% maya.
Coming from my father line, my grandpa is 100% spanish and my grandma 50% spanish and 50% maya.
In percentage of 100% what would be my approximation of spanish and maya blood?
thanks guys

On average you inherit 25% of your DNA from each grandparent (you know that DNA is hereditary molecule not blood)
So maternal line grandfather 25% Spanish, grandmother 12.5% Spanish, 12.5% Maya.
Paternal line the same 25, 12.5, 12.5
So in total Spanish contribution 25 + 25 + 12.5 + 12.5 = 75%
Maya = 12.5 + 12.5 = 25%
However two important things - if you were tracing your ancestry through DNA, you could use mitochondrial DNA which would test ancestry through the maternal line, so your mother, her mother, her mother etc and depending on whether your great grandmother was Spanish or Mayan you would get different results.
If you are male and traced your ancestry through the male line using the Y chromosome, you would only be tracing the Spanish lineage through your father, his father, his father etc.
