Exergonic = Release of energy in form of work (the negative deltaG)
Endergonic = Absorption of energy in form of work (Positve deltaG requiring negative deltaG)
Exothermic = Release of energy from the system in form of heat, light, sound or any form
Endothermic = Absorption of energy in form of light, heat, sound or any form.

These definitions of each word can easily be learned by looking up the definition.
To request an answer more detail should be given. Is this a physiological issue or an issue
Dealing with non-human, another organic (living) species?
Assumption is easy to answer and it appears this is a biological.

Are these questions about humans. It's very simple! "Endothermic": Chemistry Characterized by or causing the absorption of heat; endoergic.Or Biology Of an organism that generates heat to maintain its body temperature, typically above the temperature, typically above temperature of its surroundings.

"Exothermic": (Chemistry) (of a chemical reaction or compound) occurring or formed with the evolution of heat Compare endothermic, exoergic or exothermically , exothermally. "Endo": inside of, "Exo" means ouside of. So either the heat is produced from within or outside of a body to create warmth.

One last note here... You didn't mention "Exoergic" this is - (of a nuclear reaction) occurring with evolution or releasing of energy - energy-releasing. *Brownie points to share with the class. :-)

Since you've chosen the quickest answer, I can only imagine you're cramming for a test... If you want a more clear description of the other definitions... Give me a "Holla" - Good Luck! And keep learning! There's nothing better than food for your brain! :-)
