Its not a quadratic but this is how you would solve it !

original problem : 3±√-57/4

1st. √-57/4 can be separated into two square roots √-57 and √4

2nd. there no square root of -57 but the square root of 4 is 2 the problem now becomes 3±√-57/2

3rd. there cant be a negative under the square root, bring it out the negative it become and "i" for imaginary.

ANSWER = 3±√57/2 i
