It's the fraction times 100. (0.166666667 / 1280) * 100
You get an answer saying that 0.13% of the solution is salt.

I don't mean to be a wiseass, but the "percent of salt in the water" is 100%, or all of the 1/6 oz of salt =Þ
As for what you're obviously trying to ask, the concentration of salt in the water is (.16666... / 128) * 100, or ~0.13021%
