Is it possible to use math to predict the outcome of the Presidential election in the USA

I am asking you mathematicians here & I am not one. Thank you.-Thats generally the idea behind polls, but if the polls are close or changing a lot, they dont tell you much until you get close to the elections.Other than polls?......
How does one go about that? I assume you have to have certain information & I wonder how we would figure out what that all would be without leaving anything out....ok, I am asking you mathematicians here & I am not one. Thank you.

Other than polls? No.

No, because even after polls are taken, people are still changing their votes due to campaigns, dropouts and other factors. There is no (accurate) mathematical model for elections.
