The radius of this circle is 20 m. Find the length of arc ABC, if B measures 20 degrees.

I know the answer already: 111.64 m. I just don't know how to get that answer.

If the inscribed angle is 20 then the intercepted arc is 40 degrees.
The arc you want then is 360 - 40 or 320 degrees
Thus the arc lenth you are looking for is 320 /360 of the Whole Circle
320 /360 = 32 / 36 = 8 / 9
Find the total Circumference and then find 8/9 of it.
C = 2*pi*r
C = 2*pi*20
C = 40*pi
Arc Length ABC = (8/9)*40*pi
or.......8*40*pi/9
111.7010...........Using the pi key and NOT 3.14
ANSWER......111.7 m..........................111.64 m if you se 3.14 for pi

I will give you some hints, usually people just pick the guy who solves it for them, but it's not my style, Im not going to do your homework for you
if the radius is 20m then you can find the circumference
the circumderence represents 360 degrees, and I believe an inscribed angle = 1/2 the arc angle, so the arc represents 40 degrees
40 / 360 * circumference = length

Length of arc AC = central angle (in radians)*radius.
The central angle is twice angle ABC.
