I've worked this question twice and gotten it wrong both times, but I dont know what I'm doing wrong.

i know it is (a x b) dot c
I substituted vector PQ for a, PR for b, and PS for c, but my final answer came out to -20?

-
Vector PQ=vector a = (3-2)i +(2-0)j +(-1+3)k
= i +2j +2k ...............(i)
Vector PR = vector b = (5-3)i+.............
Vector PS = vector c =

We have to take mode of -20 =20 cubic units........Ans

It's OK if the sign is incorrect, you just get the order of (a,b,c) wrong. The absolute value still gives the correct answer.
