to fill 50.so to fill 9600 cc it will take191.......
It flowed through the pipe at 25 centimetres per second. How long did the 9600 cm³ of water take to enter the tank? Give your answer to the nearest second.

-
Volume of tank = 9600 cm ³

Volume thro` pipe / sec = π ( 0.8 ² ) (25 ) cm ³

Time = 9600 / [ π ( 0.8 ² ) (25 ) ] sec

Time = 191 sec

-
area of pipe is 2.0096 cm sq
so volume flowing per second will be area of pipe X length of tube it traveled in one second = 50.24 cm cube.

to fill 50.24 cc it takes 1 sec
so to fill 9600 cc it will take 191.0828 sec
