So if I have to draw a sketch of the model, is it just 0 to 6 or do I include 0-6 and 6-12?

If you need to draw a 3D sketch then you need to look at the area enclosed from 0 to 6 and imagine revolving it around out of the page and into the page about the x = 6 line. It's going to look like a donut with a flat top, circular base, and with an upside-down cone in the middle instead of a hole.
