T= 1/16Pi^2 X c^3h/GMk
And why speed of light cubed??
And why speed of light cubed??

Could you please tell us where the equation is from? You mentioned the speed of light cubed, so I might guess that "c" is the speed of light. But what do the other symbols stand for?
The equation for the temperature of a black hole is
T = h c^3 / (16 pi G M k)
This reduces to 0.62 nanokelvins divided by mass of BH in solar mass units.
It looks as if you have an extra factor of pi. I don't know what T / pi represents.

T = [π/4]² ∙ [c³h / GMk]
T, I would assume, is a period.
T has units s
c³ has units m³/s³
h has units m²∙kg/s
G has units m³ / kg∙s²
M has units kg
k has units ??
s = m²∙kg / s²∙k
k = s³ / kg∙m²
Other than that, idk.
