If you just need to factor it,

mr(2r+1) is the answer.

You just take out what is common to both of these, which is mr, since they both have this.

mr(2r+1) OR 2mr(r+0.5)

they both have at least one m and one r, so factor those out

mr (2r + 1)

this is the simplest form
