im just asking if u can do this for me cause i dont understand this one part of my study guide .
The formula for degrees Celsius is: C = (F − 32), where F stands for degrees Fahrenheit.

Part 1: Solve the formula for F. Show all steps.
Part 2: Determine how many degrees Fahrenheit 8 degrees Celsius is.

part 1 :

------------ C = 5/9 ( F - 32 )

multiply the whole eqn. by 9/5

----------- 9/5 C = F - 32

add 32 on both sides

---------- 9/5 C + 32 = F

part. 2

--------- F = 9/5 (8) + 32

----------- = 46.4 degrees

The formula is: C = (5/9)( F - 32 )
or F = (9/5) C + 32
or 8° C = 46.4° F

C =(5/9) (F − 32)

C(9/5)=F-32

C(9/5)+32=F


8(9/5)+32=46.5F
