What is 6÷2(1+2) equal to

alot of people say 9 and alot of people say 1 . now im confused. Someone do a brief explanation

okay the answer is 9. Its 1+2=3 because we do the parenthesis first. and 6 divided by 2 is three because of order of operations. then its three times three which is 9

6/2=3, 2+1=3 3x3=9

6/2(3) which is the same as 6/2*3

then when its all multiplication or division go from left to right

6/2 is 3 so
3*3
Which is 9

It's 10. Combine 1 and the other number 9 and you get 10.
