Vector projection problem help please.

i have the formula, but i can't figure out how to plug in the values.
project -2i + 3 onto 7i - 5j
thanks for any input, step-by-step would be great.

u = -2i + 3j
v = 7i - 5j

proj.onto v (u) = (u dot v) / |v|
