How to evaluate the composite function given that f(x)=5x+3 and h(x)=√(x+5)

Given:
f(x) = 5x + 3
h(x) = √(x + 5)

Find f(h(4))

First we have to find h(4)

h(4) = √(4 + 5)
h(4) = √(9)
h(4) = +/-3

Next we find f(-3) and f(+3) because it's +/-
f(-3) = 5(-3) + 3
f(-3) = -15 + 3
f(-3) = -12

f(3) = 5(3) + 3
f(3) = 15 + 3
f(3) = 18
