Find the Laplace transform of y(t) where y satisfies the initial value problem:

y'−10y=0

y(0)=14

Use s as the independent variable for the transformed function.

L(y(t))=?

-
Apply L to both sides:
[s L(y(t)) - 14] - 10 L(y(t)) = 0.

Solve for L(y(t)):
L(y(t)) = 14/(s - 10).

I hope this helps!
