find the measurment of angle A

Not enough information without additional assumptions.

I will assume that angle A means the acute angle to the right of the letter 'a'.
I will also assume that the line that goes from 'a' to 'c' passes through the center of the circle.

Draw the line from B to c. Then the triangle formed is inscribed in a semicircle so
the angle at B is 90 degrees, and the angle of the triangle at c is (1/2)(54) = 27 degrees,
and angle A is its complement. So A = 90-27 = 63 degrees.
