natural numbers are all positive numbers without a comma like 1,2,3,4,5 and so on.

integral numbers (integers) are numbers including the natural numbers, but also the negative numbers without commas.

the rational numbers include the integers but also the numbers you get by dividing. like 1/8=1,125 or 1/3 = 0,33333...

the amount of real numbers consits of the rational numbers and the irrational numbers. the irrational numbers are never ending numbers without a periode, so you can't replace them with any division. like √2 or π (Pi).
you can say real numbers are ALL numbers. except complex numbers like √-1 , which doesn't really exist.

now understand it? ;)
